After the big dose of chocolate we had last week, I thought I had to share a savory recipe this time . This green Hummus is made from peas, but: don’t go away! It’s really good, even delicious (but I would like to try not to use so much this adjective because for me everything I share on this blog is delicious..!) So, I know peas are not glamour but the result is a really nice dip. All the friends who tried it loved it. It’s also a perfect appetizer.
It’s still too soon but for a tapas party in spring and summer, don’t forget it!
INGREDIENTS (serves 4):
1 garlic clove
80-10ml olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
Combine the peas, chopped garlic and lime and lemon juice in a food processor and blend. With the food processor on, stream the olive oil in.
Season to taste.
